OXO – GG Silicone Drying Mat Large

Today’s wine glasses, with their large bowls and delicate stems, are best air-dried to avoid breakage. That’s where the OXO Good Grips silicone drying mat comes in, providing a soft, ribbed, elevated surface that maximizes air circulation to speed up drying and keep glasses sanitary. Made of food-grade silicone, the mat measures 17″ x 12.5″, large enough to accommodate 10-12 white wine or 8-10 red wine glasses. Since silicone is heat-resistant, in this case to 425 degrees F, you can also use the mat as a trivet to protect counters and tables. It rolls up for compact storage and is completely dishwasher safe.
