KAHLA – CAFE SOMMELIER COFFEE SCOOP
26 $
The Café Sommelier coffee scoop made of porcelain has a capacity of 7 grams of coffee, which is exactly what the filter holder of an Espresso machine can contain.
Coffee exists from the beginning of times, but how to design a cup that can release all the flavour of the coffee to its best? What's more to the coffee experience than the cup? While developing Café Sommelier, the designer Barbara Schmidt had the help of Michael Gliss, Germany‘s first coffee sommelier and by small coffee roasters, baristas and other coffee enthusiasts we delved deeply into the world of coffee in order to learn how to make it a really good beverage. Black coffee and dark chocolate offer the perfect contrast with the white porcelain. Café Sommelier was awarded five international design prices.
The Kahla porcelain is dishwasher and microwave safe. Enjoy these ecological and social sustainable manufactured products from Germany.
