An oval roasting pan from the Kerros series. These aroma roasting dishes are made for gourmets. The glass lid is provided with an aroma button, which – filled with wine, for example – by slow dripping refines the flavor of the roast.
The roaster is made of cast aluminum and has a GREBLON® Stonehenge coating: The roaster is ceramic reinforced by a 3-layer system, which distinguishes the roasting pan by very good abrasion resistance and non-stick effect.
